Have you wanted to try yoga, but do not know where to get started, how to do the breathwork and how to do the poses?  Maybe you have taken yoga but need a refresher or want to make sure you are doing everything correctly and take it to the next step.  Join me for a Yoga Basics Workshop...come one day or both days (discount for 2 days).  You can expect to learn some great poses that will make you feel like a pro at your next class.

 Be part of our BEER and WINE YOGA crew!  Bend, sip, repeat!!!  Looking for the perfect blend  of balance and beverages...look no further!  Whether you are a seasoned yogi...or just here for the beverages, our session is about good vibes, a little stretch and workout and tons of laughter....with a cold beverage in your hand of course.   We are teaming up with several local bars to bring this experience to life.  Registration includes your practice and your first draft or glass of wine (non-alcoholic beverages are also available).

Come get your DOWN DOG on while paying with some adorable puppies to benefit our local Nassau Humane Society.  This one hour yoga practice will be full of fun stretching and challenges with plenty of puppy interaction with some of NHS's currently adoptable pups!  This is an all levels yoga class for everyone (Must be at least 5 years old).  The Nassau Humane Society is located at 639 Airport Road Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.  (Please enter through the 2nd building in the lot)
