Join Kellie Boston, your fabulous yoga instructor around town at some fabulous establishments. Be ready to bend, stretch and challenge yourself all while enjoying a fabulous draft or wine of your choice. Admission to this fun time includes your one hour practice and draft beverage of your choice. Get ready for fun, laughing and a challenging time.

Yoga is a practice that is your own. While the instructor will provide safe breathing techniques and proper cueing for asanas and poses, yoga is your own practice and you are expected to pay attention to your body and know your limits to not harm yourself. At any point in time you wish to stop the practice , you can do so. By registering for this class you agree to not hold the instructor or the business location liable for any bodily harm during your practice.

Thank you for booking your beer and wine yoga. Hopefully you remember which dates you registered for or kept your receipt as I will see you either on Feb. 28th at 6pm at Disco Witch, March 6th 6pm at The Inkwell Art Bar, or March19th at 6pm at Disco Witch. Please arrive at the their facility through the main entrance at least 5 minutes before practice to get your spot and beverage. Bring a mat (I will have extras). We will be indoors. Please notify me if you need to borrow a mat. An adult beverage is included in your price.
