Unlock your Swing: Are you ready to improve your game from the ground up?  Join us for a 1 hour, all-levels yoga practice designed specifically for golfers.  Whether you are a weekend warrior or a seasoned pro, this class will enhance your flexibility, balance, core strength and mental focus -key components for a smoother more powerful swing.  

Expect targeted stretches, core activation, balance and stability work for all bodies.  

No yoga experience necessary.  Bring a mat or a beach towel.

This session is complimentary to the first 30 participants and is sponsored by The Amelia River Club for its members only.

Thank you for booking Golf Specific Yoga

I am looking forward to seeing you at yoga on May 27th at 7:30am at Amelia River Golf Club.  Our practice will be under the tent next the the Event Venue on the river at the course.  It is recommended to come at least 5 minutes early to get your spot.  Please bring a mat or a beach towel and water.  If you are unable to get up and down from the ground, you can bring a chair and we can provide modifications to you.
